담은이용약관Terms of Service
제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 담은(Brim)(이하 "앱")의 이용과 관련하여 이용자와 개발자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임 사항을 규정합니다.
제2조 (서비스 내용)
앱은 이용자가 장보기 등 항목과 금액을 입력·체크하여 합계와 예산을 관리하도록 돕는 도구입니다. 모든 데이터는 이용자 기기에 저장되며, 별도의 계정 없이 무료로 제공됩니다.
제3조 (이용자의 책임)
- 이용자가 입력·관리하는 데이터의 정확성과 보관에 대한 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
- 앱의 데이터는 기기에만 저장되므로, 기기 초기화·앱 삭제·기기 분실 시 데이터가 소실될 수 있으며 개발자는 이를 복구할 수 없습니다.
- 이용자는 앱을 법령과 본 약관에 어긋나지 않는 범위에서 이용해야 합니다.
제4조 (광고)
앱은 무료 운영을 위해 광고(Google AdMob)를 포함합니다. 광고와 관련한 정보 처리는 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.
제5조 (지식재산권)
앱 및 앱에 포함된 디자인·로고·콘텐츠에 대한 지식재산권은 개발자에게 있으며, 이용자는 이를 무단으로 복제·배포·변경할 수 없습니다. 단, 이용자가 앱으로 직접 작성한 데이터의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다.
제6조 (보증의 부인 및 책임의 제한)
- 앱은 "있는 그대로(as-is)" 제공되며, 특정 목적에의 적합성이나 무결성을 보증하지 않습니다.
- 앱이 제공하는 합계·예산 등 계산 결과는 참고용이며, 개발자는 이를 신뢰하여 발생한 결정·손해에 대해 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 천재지변, 기기·운영체제 문제 등 개발자의 통제를 벗어난 사유로 인한 데이터 소실·서비스 중단에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
제7조 (서비스의 변경·중단)
개발자는 서비스의 내용을 개선·변경하거나, 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 중단할 수 있습니다.
제8조 (약관의 변경)
본 약관은 법령·서비스 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 개정 시 앱 또는 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다. 변경 후에도 앱을 계속 이용하는 경우 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
제9조 (준거법 및 분쟁 해결)
본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석되며, 서비스 이용과 관련한 분쟁은 관련 법령이 정한 절차에 따릅니다.

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the user and the developer in connection with the use of Brim ("the App").
Article 2 (Service description)
The App is a tool that helps users enter and check items and amounts (for example, for grocery shopping) to manage totals and budgets. All data is stored on the user's device, and the App is provided free of charge without a separate account.
Article 3 (User responsibilities)
- The user is responsible for the accuracy and retention of the data they enter and manage.
- Because the App's data is stored only on the device, data may be lost upon device reset, app deletion, or device loss, and the developer cannot recover it.
- The user must use the App within the bounds of applicable law and these Terms.
Article 4 (Advertising)
To operate for free, the App includes ads (Google AdMob). Data processing related to ads follows the Privacy Policy.
Article 5 (Intellectual property)
Intellectual property rights in the App and its design, logo, and content belong to the developer, and users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify them without authorization. However, the rights to data the user creates directly with the App belong to the user.
Article 6 (Disclaimer and limitation of liability)
- The App is provided "as-is" and does not warrant fitness for a particular purpose or integrity.
- Calculation results such as totals and budgets are for reference only, and the developer is not liable, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for decisions or damages arising from reliance on them.
- The developer is not liable for data loss or service interruption due to causes beyond its control, such as force majeure or device/OS problems.
Article 7 (Changes to or suspension of the service)
The developer may improve or change the service, or suspend all or part of it where unavoidable.
Article 8 (Changes to these Terms)
These Terms may be revised in line with legal or service changes; revisions will be announced through the App or this page. Continuing to use the App after a change constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
Article 9 (Governing law and dispute resolution)
These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes related to use of the service follow the procedures set by applicable law.
